Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Conquerors TCG mobile application (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use it. Conquerors TCG lets you browse and compare trading-card listings and prices from third-party marketplaces. The App has no user accounts and does not require you to register or sign in.

Summary. Everything you create in the App — your preferences, wishlist, collection, and search history — is stored only on your device. We do not operate user accounts and we do not maintain a profile of you on our servers. The only personal data processed about you is collected by Google AdMob to show ads, and the standard technical data (such as your IP address) that any internet request involves when the App fetches card listings and prices from third-party services.

1. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device (using the device’s standard app storage) and does not transmit it to us:

  • App preferences (selected games, currency, language, regions/countries, enabled sites);

  • Your wishlist and your card collection entries;

  • Your search history and “not interested” feedback (used only on-device to tailor the feed);

  • Records of which premium features you have unlocked (your in-app purchase entitlements).

You can erase all of this at any time by using the reset option in the App’s Settings, or by uninstalling the App.

2. Information sent when you browse listings

To show you card listings and prices, the App sends your search terms and filters (for example the card name, selected game, and chosen country/region) to our hosting proxy, which forwards the request to third-party marketplace and pricing services. These services receive the request and the technical metadata inherent to any internet connection, including your IP address. We do not attach your name, email, account, or any persistent personal identifier to these requests.

The third-party data providers the App may query include:

  • eBay (listings and affiliate links)

  • AliExpress (listings and affiliate links)

  • Cardtrader, Bonanza, StockX (listings)

  • JustTCG (card identities and market prices for the Collection feature)

Each provider processes your request under its own privacy policy. When you tap a listing to open it, you leave the App and are taken to that marketplace’s website, where that company’s privacy policy and terms apply. Some outbound links are affiliate links, which may let the marketplace attribute the visit to us; we may earn a commission on resulting purchases. We do not receive your payment details from these purchases.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. To serve ads and measure their performance, AdMob (a Google service) may collect and process:

  • Device advertising identifiers — the Advertising ID on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS;

  • IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it;

  • Device and diagnostic information, and your interactions with ads.

This data may be used to deliver personalized ads, to deliver non-personalized (contextual) ads, to limit ad frequency, and to detect fraud. Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through AdMob. Your ad choices

  • iOS: when you first encounter ads, the App shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not used to track you and AdMob serves non-personalized ads. You can change this later under Settings ’ Privacy & Security ’ Tracking.

  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads under Settings ’ Google ’ Ads.

4. In-app purchases

The App offers optional premium features and an ad-removal purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your payment card or billing information. The App only stores, on your device, a record of which features you have unlocked so it can enable them and restore them on the same store account.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

7. Data retention & your rights

Because the App holds your data on your own device and we operate no user accounts, you remain in control: deleting the data in Settings or uninstalling the App removes it. For data held by Google (AdMob) and by the marketplaces you query, your rights and choices are governed by their respective privacy policies, including any rights you may have under the GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, or delete data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. 8. Security

Requests between the App and our proxy and the third-party services are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
